Backyard Zip Lines Policies
Backyard Zip Lines now offers FLAT RATE shipping on most orders shipped within the continental US (this excludes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Additional shipping charges apply for orders over 150lbs and those requiring freight shipping. Larger, heavier items will typically ship UPS Ground, smaller items will ship USPS Priority mail.

We are happy to offer UPS expedited shipping, which includes 3 day select, 2nd day air, and overnight delivery.  Prices will be calculated when the shipping option is chosen at check out.  These orders typically ship out same day if ordered before 12pm Pacific Standard time or next business day if ordered after 12pm.

Shipping times do not include the day the item is ordered. The first shipping day is the day after we ship. Please note that Business days exclude official US Holidays (e.g. Christmas, Labor Day, Memorial Day) and the days before and after the US Holiday, which are frequently observed by our shipping carriers as holidays. Inclement weather may delay shipments.

Free Shipping:
2-4 business days on smaller items that ship USPS Priority mail

1-6 business days for larger/heavier items shipping UPS ground depending on your location. Our warehouse is located just outside Portland, OR so shipping to the east coast takes 5-6 business days.

We are happy to ship our products anywhere in the world!  We ship internationally using USPS and UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order.  Shipping rates will be determined at check out. 
International orders may be subject to custom duties, brokerage fees, value added taxes and import fees.  These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the sales price or shipping cost charged by Backyard Zip Lines. If an order is refused/abandoned at customs they will either destroy the package or send it back to us.  If the item is returned to Backyard Zip Lines we may refund you the cost of the product only.  We will not refund the shipping cost.  If an item is destroyed by customs you will not be entitled to a refund.   

Any return must have proper authorization in advance. All returns may be subject to a restocking charge. Freight not included. All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase date. All Custom Order sales are final and are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are happy to exchange items if needed, purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. 

While great care is taken in the packaging of your order, sometimes accidents happen. All damage and shortage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt or there will be no claim of shipping damage or shortage.
